We counsel clients who are involved in transactions in shopping centers, apartment complexes, office buildings, hotel/motel, warehouses, emerging technologies, transportation, restaurants and cafeterias, gasoline and convenience stations, travel agencies, motel, automobile repair, dry cleaners, pharmacies, and other businesses.

We perform landlord-tenant matters, including leases and ground leases, motions for relief from bankruptcy stay, dispossessories, and evictions. We serve as qualified intermediary in like-kind exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.
